使用酒米之王山田錦，並精米至35%，再加上杜氏的精湛技術，以秒錶精確計算洗米及吸水的時間，低溫長期發酵的溫度控制等，全力釀造這款超華麗的大吟釀。優雅的吟釀香氣，濃鬱的風味，兩者達到最佳平衡。味道稍偏辛口。
