來自和歌山縣吉村秀雄商店嘅《波乗り 車坂 山廃本醸生原酒》，擁有香蕉椰子、蜂蜜等等的南國風香氣，加上是生原酒，因此會有氣泡感；以山廢方式釀造，其酸度會較為高，配以串燒、麻辣等食物會有不錯的效果。
